Booking an Appointment

If you’re thinking about starting therapy, or even just curious to learn more, I’d be glad to hear from you.

There’s no online booking system here. I prefer to keep things a little more personal and flexible. You’re welcome to get in touch in whatever way feels most comfortable for you — by phone, text, email, or even Instagram — to arrange an initial session or ask any questions you might have.

There’s no pressure or obligation. Reaching out is just the first step, and I understand that it can take a bit of courage to do so.

If you do get in touch, I’ll aim to respond within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday).  We can arrange a brief phone call or connect via message to see if it feels like a good fit and find a time that works for a first session, either in-person in Stoneybatter, or online.

A few things to know:

Sessions are for individual adults (18+).
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy.
If I’m unable to take on new clients, I’m happy to provide referrals where possible.
